The Pizza Company — Restaurant in Phetchabun Province

Worst dining experience we’ve had in the province. Ordered grilled chicken, came out a piece of stone cold, ungrilled chicken drowned in a spicy sauce. Sent it back, it came out hot but once again, not grilled. Had to eat it with a kids fork as the staff cleared dirty plates and cutlery I wasn’t given a new fork. Floor staff clearly doesn’t have any training.

Only positive note was the pizza.

ENGLISH Very different from Buri Ram - a super tasty pepperoni pizza (salami pizza), extra crispy and delivered very quickly - under 20 minutes.

You can clearly see here that even in Thailand the quality of franchisee to franchisee can be extremely different....today thankfully in a positive way.

This The Pizza Company branch can be recommended by heart.

DEUTSCH Ganz anders als in Buri Ram - eine super leckere Peperoni Pizza (Salami-Pizza), extra kross und sehr schnell geliefert - unter 20 Minuten.

Man merkt hier deutlich, das auch in Thailand die Qualität von Franchise-Nehmer zu Franchise-Nehmer extrem unterschiedlich sein kann....heute gottlob im positiven Sinne.

Diese The Pizza Company Filiale kann guten Herzens weiter empfohlen werden.

ตั้งแต่กินพิซซ่าของ the pizza company ที่นี่เป็นร้านแรกที่ทำพิซซ่าได้ไม่อร่อยที่สุด สั่งฮาวายเอี้ยนแป้งบางกรอบ แป้งไม่กรอบ แถมออกแข็ง ๆ แป้งไม่สุก ชีสเหมือนใส่ช่องฟรีสมานาน ชีสไม่ยืด กระด้างมาก ไม่ต้องพูดถึงแฮมและสัปรดบนหน้า มันแข็งกระด้างไปหมด ขนาดมาร้อน ๆ นะ กินไปคนละครึ่งชิ้น สั่งห่อกลับบ้าน เอากลับบ้านมาก็ไม่มีใครอยากแตะต้อง ตื่นเช้ามาปวดท้องกันทั้งสองคน ไม่รู้เกี่ยวไหม แต่อาหารอย่างอื่นอร่อยอยู่นะ ประเด็นคือเป็นร้านพิซซ่า ๆ ต้องอร่อยได้มาคราฐาน

พนักงานทำงานดีระดับนึง แต่ขาดจิตในการช่วยเหลือลูกค้า แค่อยากสะสมคะแนน พอทำไม่ได้ก็เหมือนไม่ค่อยอยากทำละ ถ้าเทียบกับ MK ข้าง ๆ ที่นั่นพนักงานกระตือรือร้นที่จะช่วยให้ลูกค้าได้ส่วนลดอย่างเต็มที่ แม้กระทั่งโทรเข้าคอลเซ็นเตอร์ก็ทำให้ หรือสวัสดิการต่างกัน...
