Kenaray's Kitchen — Restaurant in Phetchaburi Province

Hmmmm... Glad we stopped by. The service was fine. We weren't as impressed with the food as we thought we would be, based on the reviews we had seen. The salad was quite good but the pizza was ok. Also, prices were also higher compared to what's in the area. Given their appeal toward nature and organic produce, we were confused by the number of caged birds in the shop. After stopping at the restaurant, we learned that they also offer accommodations. We had hoped to check it out as an option for our next visit. But we were quickly escorted off the premises. While we appreciated their priority to protect their guests' privacy, we wondered if there was a way to take a look at the surroundings without disturbing the guests. Because there was not a welcoming feel or experience with the place, it's unlikely we will try and stay there...

This is a really great little cafe / restaurant with an interesting interior design and particularly a collection of Chinese cuckoo clocks on the walls. However the highlight is a pair of beautiful Toucans in a cage next to the cafe, so sitting inside you can get very good views of these guys. They look happy and very healthy. The best table is the one on the right as you enter which gives the best view of the Toucans. The setting is a well designed and maintained garden with lots of foliage all around. They offer a selection of single origin coffees as well as their standard blend. Sad to to say the two coffees I tried were pretty average, not sure what’s going on with their system. Just when we’re looking places for lunch in the middle of nowhere from Kaeng Krachan, the sign Burgers and Pizzas came into sight, minutes later, we’re sitting in a homely restaurant almost filled up with guests.

By scanning the QR code, menus immediately displayed on our mobile, Western menus like salad, pasta, pizzas, pork, steak or fish are all interesting. Also single dish of Thai foods are available for a quick meals. Foods are all delicious, the tastes make you wonder if you’re sitting in a nice restaurant in Thonglor area.
