The Food ; better than imagined ,ie, pizza top quality dough into puffy crusty edges, flavorful, cheesy- the meats , fall off the bone tender , longan wood fire smoked aroma, bbq sauce to add if one desires, creative mocktails, beer/ 🍷 wine - and again a Top Tier husband & wife team , English , German, Thai speaking with infectious smiles & personality. What I liked: Two male service staff were very friendly and attentive. Pork loin was delicious. What could be better: Pulled pork pizza lacked sufficient pulled pork. Full rack of ribs pricey. Ceaser salad more discernable bacon and some grated cheese. Food served as entrees only; no veggies or salad accompany meat or fish dishes as normally served at most BBQ restaurants I've eaten at in Chiang Rai, New York, Tennessee and North Carolina. Amazing wood fire barbecue spareribs! Situated right on the river with both inside and outdoor seating. They feature American style ribs, brisket etc, along with some Italien dishes. Unlike most Thai restaurant attempts at American food this is the real deal, the owner having lived in America.
