Made For Mouth Cafe Hq — Restaurant in Phitsanulok Province

Just finished dinner with my wife. Food quality - preparation - not near as good as when we visited 5 months ago, poor kitchen management and customer service.

The restaurant looks nice inside and out; modern, clean, nicely laid out. Those get high marks; from there, restaurant quality deteriorates. My wife’s food was delivered 10 minutes before my club sandwich; I asked the manager on duty why they did not bring all of the food food at the same time, and the response was “…your food takes longer to prepare…” - poor kitchen management. Apparently, the concept of starting food preparation at different times - e.g, starting my wife’s Thai food as my sandwich was nearing completion - to allow all food to be delivered to the table at the same time, is completely lost on this restaurant. The club sandwich had so much mayonnaise on it that it oozed out everywhere…not good, incredibly messy,. The sandwich itself was not tasty at all. When we first arrived, we were seated at a very small table for two; I asked for a larger table, and was told there were no other tables available - though an area adjacent to us was available and empt, full of tables. Shortly after we were seated, a party of three showed up, and all three were initially seated at a small table suited for 1-2 people; it is only when they rose and looked as though they were going to leave that they were seated in the adjacent area I mentioned earlier. This indicates restaurant convenience is placed above customer comfort. The table we were seated at - a 1-2 person table - was so small that we had to turn the oblong dinner plates on their axis in order to fit the plates and other dishes on the table. Lastly, as the different dishes were finished, no one came by to remove dishes from the table, without regard for the Customer dining experience.

Recommended by Trip-advisor. And we managed to dig the internet, called them and make a reservation. Waze there with pin location “Made For Mouth Cafe Hq” instead of just type in Made For Mouth Cafe. It is not far from our hotel (Topland Hotel). May travel there by Grab, (Becareful of dishonest taxi driver, make sure you give exactly the fares)

Scroll thru my photo, the desserts were amazing! Especially the lemon eclair! We all love it!!! Food is awesome too, the portion is slightly more than what we saw on the menu.

Japanese Matcha Green Tea: We thought it gonna be Sencha like what we had at Japanese restaurant. But it’s not. It’s Matcha Latte. Is a MUST to try, if you are a matcha lover. Premium Matcha is being used!

We considered the food to be of good value with many varieties, the food was cooked to an above average standard.

Thai & Western food was offered and both types were consumed without any problems, we all agreed that we would go again to try other menu items on offer.

On this occasion had a large Hawaiian pizza which had good flavours. I couldn't manage anything else as I was full my Thai friends had Thai food and they said it was good, my daughter had 2 plate fills of Thai food and ate everything she said it was good and when are we going again.

There was free ample parking outside with an attendant organizing the parking lot, we didn't book and was greeted by staff and shown to a table for 5 our order was taken and the food was...
