A Delightful Dining Experience at Serenity Hotel

As a frequent guest at Serenity Hotel, I've had the pleasure of dining at their in-house restaurant during my annual visits. This year, I noticed a shift towards more international cuisine and steaks, which was a welcome change.

Atmosphere and Convenience The restaurant's ambiance is pleasant, making it an ideal choice for guests who prefer to dine in after a long day. During my recent 4-night stay, I found myself returning to the restaurant almost every evening, drawn by its convenience and quality offerings.

Menu Highlights The menu caters well to seafood and meat lovers. My go-to dishes this time were the salmon salad and salmon carpaccio, both of which I ordered multiple times. And for the last night I ordered such a good beef steak here. The flavors were consistently excellent, showcasing the kitchen's skill with fish & beef preparations.

A Minor Hiccup On my last night, I decided to try the Drunken Seafood Spaghetti. While the dish showed promise, the shrimp were unfortunately overcooked, resulting in a tough texture. I brought this to the manager's attention, and I was impressed by their response. They promptly offered to replace the dish or remove it from the bill, demonstrating commendable customer service.

Staff and Service The staff, particularly K.Af and K. Fern, were consistently friendly and attentive. Their excellent service significantly contributed to the overall positive dining experience.

Beyond Dining It's worth noting that Serenity Hotel offers more than just great food. The property also features a spa and Japanese-style onsen, adding to the appeal for those seeking relaxation.

Final Thoughts Despite the minor issue with the seafood pasta, my overall experience at Serenity Hotel's restaurant was highly satisfactory. The combination of tasty international cuisine, attentive service, and the convenience of dining in-house makes it a standout feature of my annual stays. I look forward to returning next year and seeing how the restaurant...

Nice cosy restaurant with friendly and highly professional staff. Hotel has ample parking. The menu caters of course mainly to meat lovers but it was no problem to accommodate vegetarian 🌱 wishes. We had two excellent pizzas some of the best we ever had in Thailand. Highly recommended...

ที่นี่พิซซ่า สปาเกตตี้ เฟรนฟราย อร่อยมากกกก อร่อยว้าวเลย ตอนแรกตัดสินใจมาเพราะหน้าตาเมนูดูดีมาก และพอได้กินคือตรงปก อร่อยถูกต้องมาก

ขนมปังที่ปรกติมากับเนยเป็นออเดิร์ฟ แต่ที่นี่มากับชีสหอม ๆ ไม่แน่ใจว่าชีสอะไร อารมณ์แบบชีสเนยหอม ๆ ป้ายกับขนมปังอร่อยมาก ก็คือหยิบอะไรกินก็อร่อย แฮปปี้มาก

แล้วบริการของพนักงานดูแลดี หูตาไว คอยดูแลบริการลูกค้าตลอด แล้วก็แจ้งอัปเดตสถานะการสั่งว่ารอพิซซ่าอีกสักครู่นะครับ อะไรแบบนี้ คือช่วยให้เราไม่ต้องนั่งรอนาน บรรยากาศร้านก็ดูดี ถ่ายรูปสวย ใครชอบอาหารแนวนี้แนะนำให้มาแวะได้เลย ราคาไม่แรงขนาดนั้น
