Just had lunch at Palisa Farm - delicious as usual, followed by a wander round to see the pigs and chickens and the vegetable beds.
Food beautifully presented, pleasant rustic setting, lovely welcoming staff and we were lucky enough to meet the owner and his family who were charming.
Exccellent Som Tam, pork with green onion and coriander, pork cheek with salad, deep fried fish with crispy garlic.

Wir waren gestern noch einmal da , diesmal war alles sehr gut : 5 Sterne ! Der große Blütensalat , die Dressings , SomTam und der Gemüsesalat mit Prawn . Der Service war sehr gut und die Preise sehr zivil . Schön ist es auch , den sehr netten Angestellten und Arbeitern der Farm beim Abendessen und Feierabend Bier zuzuhören . Fröhliche freundliche Menschen . Alles sehr zu empfehlen !
Nette Farm westlich von Hua Hin - Gemüse , Obst , Blüten ( butterfly pea ) - Anbau - auch zum mitnehmen . Gemäß dem Personal ist alles organic. Das Restaurant liegt ganz hübsch an einen kleinen Teich. Eine friedvolle Atmosphäre ! Mein bestellter Salat mit gebratenem Kürbis und Tomaten war sehr lecker , schön dekoriert und mit 2 verschiedenen Dressings noch interessanter. Super - auch der gegrillte Schweinenacken war saftig und gut . Meine thailändische Frau bemängelte die Frische der Papaya beim Som Tam - geschmacklich war es ok .
