Pla Talay Restaurant — Restaurant in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province

Thé place is so nice that wé were very happy To go there. How disapointed wé have been! First ,they bring Rice 15 mn before they bring our plates and no tissue on our table,then they bring the fried shrimps with cashew nuts,i use to order that plate because i like it so much.the shrimps were not fried, swimming in a sweat and sour ketchup sauce,à few vegetables (including piece of tomato ) i have never seen that before, so disapointed but as wé are polite, wé hardly eat and didn t say anything. But when the bill comes, wé were charged 120 bath extra price because the shrimps are supposed To be expansive at the moment !!! I am living in Prachuap and i know how the prices are.!!! All our neighbours table were Well dressed and had Nice plates,if you don t want "farang" in your restaurant,just tell us before,or write it on the door,wé can understand and go somewhere else,there are so many good places where wé are welcome. Thé first bad expérience i meat since months and months that i am eating in thai...

ชอบร้านนี้มาก มาทาน 4 รอบแล้ว อร่อย ถูก บรรยากาศริมทะเล มากลางวันก็ไม่ร้อน มากลางคืนก็ชิวไปอีกแบบ อยากมาเที่ยวทับสะแกบ่อยๆ เพราะอยากมาทานร้านนี้ด้วย พลาดไม่ได้ปลาหมึกนึ่งมะนาวกระเทียมล้นๆ ปลาหมึกสดมาก มาทุกรอบสั่งทุกรอบ เมนูเด็ด ปูก้อนเนื้อเน้นๆ หวานๆสดๆ เนื้อปูผัดผงกะหรี่ ราคาจำไม่ได้ว่า 250-280 ประมาณนี้ ถือว่าถูกมาก ได้ปูเยอะมาก อีกเมนู สำหรับคนชอบ ผัดกระเพรา ต้องสั่งกระเพราก้ามปูม้า ให้ปูเยอะมาก สดๆหวานๆ 220 บาท ทะเลผัดพริกไทดำ ก็อร่อยสดทุกอย่าง ถ้าใครชอบทานหอยนางรม แนะนำ ไข่เจียวหอยนางรมหอยนางรมทรงเครื่องเด็ดมาก หอยสดหวาน ถ้าใครชอบทานยำ แนะนำยำวุ้นเส้นทะเลโบราณ**ยำเอ็นหอย(เอ็นหอยสดๆเน้น) ปลากระพงทอดน้ำปลา ปลาสด...

Best seafood in the area. Super casual look and feel .. but don't worry, the food is amazing. Fresh crab curry, black pepper fish.. maybe best I've eaten in Thailand....
