Steak Langkhao — Restaurant in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province

Nice secluded location, the sign is in Thai so you have to really know what you're looking for! The staff is quite friendly and can speak English.

They have a huge variety of Thai dishes. For a while I was trying to find a restaurant that serves good stuffed omelette (kai-yat-sai), and I found it here. It was really delicious. I've ordered mine with chicken and veggies (the default one is with pork). My wife had a royal pineapple fried rice, which was great, and we shared a spicy papaya salad (som tam thai), which was also very good.

Our daughter ate a pizza, which she liked. They offer a variety of pizza, pasta, steak, salmon and even German-style pork hocks (Schweinshaxen, I guess?).

I saw the road sign during a motorcycle ride on that scenic road after a rainy morning. On the way back I made a stop there. The open Sala-Thai style restaurant is surrounded by trees and has tables for up to eight people, quiet music.
