Ardente Ristorante — Restaurant in Prawet Subdistrict

One of the better italian restaurants!!!! We ended up here for dinner and were pleasantly surprised by the menu, kindness and efficiency of staff and certainly the pleasant conversations with owner. Italian food is my favorite and the parma/melon followed by a superior tagliatelle, combined with lovely Pinot Grigio was delicious. To finish i enjoyed a homemade tiramisu with espresso..... now i had many homemade tiramisu all over the globe and typically in Italy, and this one belongs in the top 3.....

Furthermore the seating was comfortable and atmosphere relaxed, important to enjoy dinner.

I was impressed by the wine collection; for me itaian food goes with white wine and the selection / suggestion by chef and owner was just perfect.

I can only recommend this cosy restaurant.... great dinner in...

This is truly a well hidden gem. I wish I could keep this a secret, but they are too good not to be famous. The service staff is very friendly. I would have given 3 based on the food. Some of the dishes are extremely good. My favorite is the cold angel hair pasta, which reminds me of a similar appetizer at Water Library. Unfortunately z they also served up some duds, too. The mentaiko pasta with smokes salmon was much too dried for my taste. You can almost tell that from my photo.

What bumped the stars back up to 4 is their big Italian wine collection. And the prices aren't bad, at least based on 1-2 bottles that I recognized.

Hidden gem near the airport – wouldn’t have found this place without our local friends. Honestly, we’d never have thought to come here on our own, but we’re so glad we did.

Every dish was excellent – top-notch Italian fare that rivalled fine dining spots in the city. We spent 8,000 THB for 5 people and left completely satisfied.

The river prawn pasta was so fresh and juicy it could have passed for lobster. The lobster bisque was rich and beautifully balanced.

The tofu appetiser was a surprising standout – creative and bursting with flavour. And the snow fish? Absolutely superb – perfectly cooked and melt-in-your-mouth tender.
