SHABU ZUMO — Restaurant in Ratchaburi Province

This Shabu restaurant is quite clean. For a reasonable price, you get a variety of selections on the hotpot items. You choose the items you want on the order sheet and the restaurant staff will bring you the food. Service was okay, people who work there seemed to be quite stressed out. You don’t see many of them with smiley faces. The price doesn’t include any drinks. So, you have to pay additional for the drinks.

One important hidden charge you have to be careful that the restaurant doesn’t emphasize and the staff don’t really tell the customers clearly is that you are only allowed to use one cup per customer. If you use more than one cup, the restaurant will charge you extra by each cup. I find it quite strange and bizarre. I was being misled into grabbing another cup because there are plenty of cups stacked by the drink machine and I thought that with pandemic, we cannot reuse the cups and need to change to the new one. Nobody at the staff said anything even though they saw that we had many cups on the table. No warning of any kind. At the checkout, we were charged extra for the drinks. Although it was not a large amount, but I felt cheated. If you want people to get only 1 cup per customer, you can just give the cup to each customer and do not have many cups available by the drink machine.

เจ้าของร้านคงจะทราบว่าเป็นลูกค้าโต๊ะไหนนะคะ 1.เปิดเพลงในร้านเสียงดังมาก(เหมือนอยู่ในผับ) เจ้าของร้านเเจ้งว่าเบาเสียงให้เเล้ว ก็ยังดังอยู่ เเต่ขอบคุณค่ะที่เบาให้นะคะ 2.เจ้าของร้านไม่อนุญาตให้เปิดเตาเกินP3 (มีป้ายติดไว้ที่โต๊ะเเต่ไม่อธิบายเหตุผล)ซึ่งความร้อนค่อนข้างอ่อนมาก กว่าน้ำจะเดือดใช้เวลานาน เริ่มต้นเลยเปิดถึงเลขP7เพื่อให้เดือดเร็วๆ เมื่อเดือดเเล้วกะว่าจะลดลงมาเป็นP3ตามป้ายที่เเจ้งไว้ ... เจ้าของร้านเห็น เดินมาบอกว่า ให้เปิดเเค่P3ค่ะ ไม่อย่างนั้นก้นหม้อจะไหม้เป็นน้ำขุ่นๆเพราะซุปดำทำจากผงปลาเเห้ง คำอธิบายเกี่ยวกับเตาก็ ทำให้เข้าใจได้นะคะ เเต่น้ำเสียงที่เดินมาบอกลูกค้า คือ เหมือนถูกดุ ..ลูกค้าเข้ามาในร้านด้วยความหิว ของสดที่สั่งมาวางเเล้ว เเต่ยังทานไม่ได้ ต้องรอให้น้ำเดือดค่อนข้างนาน ตามเงื่อนไขของหม้อเเละเตาที่ร้านมี จะดีกว่า..ถ้าเขียนอธิบายไว้นะคะ ว่าเพราะอะไรถึงให้ลูกค้าเปิดเตาได้เเค่P3 2ดาวที่ให้คือคุณภาพของอาหาร ที่👍"สด"ทั้งผักเเละเนื้อสัตว์ 👍ชีสมอสเซอเรลล่าไม่คลุกแป้งเเละ👍ความเอาใจใส่ในการรับออเดอร์เเละการเคลียร์โต๊ะ...

ขออนุญาติคอมเม้นนะคะ เพิ่งไปทานที่ร้านมา และเห็นโปรนี้ก็รีบแชร์โพสต์ทิ้งไว้ตั้งแต่เกินเข้าร้าน พอผ่านไป1ชั่วโมง ทางเราก็บอกกับพนักงานพร้อมกับยื่นโทรศัพท์ให้ดูว่าเราจะรับทุเรียน ทางพนักงานก็ให้เราไปเลือกที่หน้าตู้ได้เลย เราก็หยิบมากิน พอเรากินทุเรียนเสร็จก็ลบโพสต์นั้นไป พอเดินไปเช็คบิลโดนขอดูหลักฐานที่แชร์ ซึ่งเราไม่มีเพราะมันเป็นสิทของเราที่เกิน1ชั่วโมงแล้วจะลบ และในเงื่อนไขไม่ได้มีระบุตรงไหนเลยค่ะว่าเก็บหลักฐานไว้ยืนยันตอนเช็คบิลด้วย ถ้ามีบอกให้เก็บเราไม่ลบแน่นอน คืออันนี้ต้องแจ้งให้ชัดเจนนะคะ เพราะเงื่อนไขคุณบอกแค่ว่าให้แชร์และเช็คอิน1ชมขึ้นไปจึงรับทุเรียนได้ เมื่อเราทำแล้วรับทุเรียนมาแล้วมันก็ควรจบที่ตรงนี้ค่ะ เสียความรู้สึกมาก (ถ้ามีการแจ้งที่ชัดเจนจะไม่เกิดเรื่องแบบนี้แน่นอนค่ะ)
