SOP cafe — Restaurant in Ratchaburi Province

I have recently visited this café with my friends the last weekend. I drove for an hour and a half to get to this café started the trip from Bangkok. Once I arrived at the café, I was stunned by the entrance. The architecture was well designed and looks amazing. I really like how they use light to create the atmosphere in the tube. As entering the café, you will see a pool in the center. This café also located near the river. Just Like its name, sense of place, the architecture allows us to get the sense of the place by enjoying the scenic view of river and architecture. I would suggest the other people who plan to visit this café to be aware of crowded in the afternoon. Although the foods and drink are quite pricey compared to the other local restaurant nearby this café, but I can ensure that the foods worth its cost, especially the drinks taste absolutely delicious! Furthermore, Checking the café if it is open or not is also important if visiting on special holiday however, it opens every day from 9am- 6am. After purchasing your drink and cake at the counter, you can choose a place to relax and enjoy your meal. Personally, this place is a perfect place for a couple or a group of friend. Lastly, I am willing to coming back to this café again in the future and I will definitely recommend this café to my other friends...

Sense of Place..... Wow! At the roadside there's a fence and a big brown box entrance tunnel. When walking in, it's like walking into something from out of space. Incredible space with pockets of lights as you'll see from the photos below. When you come out you're greeted with nice jazz music, an enormous riverside balcony and central pool area. Beautiful shaded by an enormous tree. Lots of different types of seating inside and out. Coffee not the cheapest but good and strong. Also staff very friendly, they even open the door for you. If you're looking for lunch or coffee this is a must visit. It's about 2 hours out of Bangkok and you'll need Google maps to get you there. Once there it'll be hard to leave.
