New Thai restaurant in Rayong own by Chef Mike serving Thai comfort foods with fresh ingredients from local Rayong suppliers. Chef Mike is well-trained experienced Thai chef. His foods are inspired by family receipt and Thai culinary heritage combining authenticity of Thai foods with modern cooking technique.
The following menus are, in my personal view, excellent examples of Chef Mike’s creativity and skill. Madame Plien’s Chicken Roll with Orange Inspired by the Book “แม่ครัวหัวป่าก์” (The Gourmet Cooking) by Madamn Plien Padsakorawong (ท่านผู้หญิงเปลี่ยน ภาสกรวงศ์). Fresh orange and grilled chicken wrapped in cha plu leaf with special Miang sauce. The combination of sweet and sourness of fresh orange, umami flavor of grilled chicken, mild flavor of cha plu leaf and tanginess of Miang sauce creates very balance and refreshing flavor.
Grilled Squid Salad with Prik-Krue dressing Thai style grilled squid salad with Prik-Krue dressing (commonly known as “น้ำจิ้มซีฟู้ด” dressing made from lime juice, coriander root, Thai chili, garlic, sugar and fish sauce). The dish is well-balanced with sweet, savory, sour and umami flavor of fresh grilled squid. In the salad, you can taste the slight sweetness from coconut milk and crunchy texture from toffee nut flakes which surprisingly go very well with the salad.
Green Curry with Grill King Mackerel and Green Banana
Heartfelt piece of king mackerel charcoal grilled in Japanese style topped on fresh, rich and creamy green curry. Chef uses fresh coconut milk which gives naturally sweet and creamy texture. The curry is not watery and goes perfectly well with...
Read moreI recently visited this Thai restaurant, and while there were some positives, the overall experience left much to be desired.
The food was beautifully presented, with fresh ingredients and an effort to bring something new to traditional Thai flavors. However, the taste didn’t quite hit the mark. Many dishes were overly sweet and lacked the salty balance typical of Thai cuisine. We found ourselves reaching for fish sauce to adjust the flavors.
Service was another weak point. The food took longer than expected to arrive, testing our patience. Additionally, the prices were quite steep—two of us spent around 1,500 baht, which felt excessive given the experience.
The biggest letdown, however, was the takeaway experience, the staff packed it in a plastic bag. This not only felt careless but also indicated a lack of attention to service quality. It was disappointing, especially for a restaurant charging premium prices.
While the effort to innovate is appreciated, the execution needs significant improvement. For now, this restaurant feels overpriced and...

Lunch for 4 pax. High price but aroi, so why not. Starting with full set of appetizers, my most fav is chicken roll w/ Betal leave. Satay sausage is full of taste, quite surprisingly good. Main share dishes are overall done very well. My delicious one will be grilled squid salad with rose apple. Squid are such soft, tender, perfectly grilled level. Rayong style hot curry is for a fan of Cardamom shoot, recommend choice for you… but not for me :P Stirs-fries Grouper with Cashew nuts is so so fresh meat, not sweet, perfect balance. Dessert, I can give these 10/10. I love Sakoo ball and Lontar Palm seed, never tried before and this is good to be at the end of your meal. Service during Sunday lunch is so simple and slow pace with only one admin person so I can’t imagine if full house how she could manage this. Parking, try your luck, just park along Sukhumvit road.. Better call to reserve your seat before coming. This could be your alternative meal with family, if you are starting of overwhelming the busiest vibe at...
