Eurocurry Ban Chang — Restaurant in Rayong Province

We heard from someone living nearby that this place needed some support, but we didn't see much on the menu that grabbed our attention, so we thought we would try the hot potato chips. The service was friendly, and the German man in charge went out of his way to make sure our wait was comfortable.

We got the chips takeaway because we wanted to sit at the beach instead of on the side of a noisy road.

When the chips came we headed off to the beach right away. When we arrived and opened the container, we were a little disappointed that they had not made an effort to gain our return patronage by throwing in a generous amount of chips. We got 2 serves, but it looks closer to 1. (By our Aussie standards anyway) In Australia we would pay less and get more. Wir waren auf der Durchreise von Bangkok nach Trat und haben im Eurocurry ein Stop bei der Hin - und Rückfahrt eingelegt und gegessen. Das Essen war sehr schmackhaft und wir haben uns gefreut, dass sich dort doch viele Deutsche zum Stammtisch treffen und man sich dort austauschen kann. Die Bockwurst und die selbstgemachten Brötchen sind einfach lecker. Der Absolute Hammer ist der selbsgemachte Senf und Ketchup den man auch auf Bestellung mitnehmen kann. Also ich war das erst mal vor 1 Jahr dort da war alles ziemlich am Anfang. Aber jetzt nach 1 Jahr später muss ich sagen Top für Thailand ist das Essen sehr gut zumal der Koch die Curry selber macht und die Spieße mit der Zigeuner Soße wie Zuhause. Hatte 1 Winter speziell und danach noch eine Curry Wurst rot einfach nur gut. Er macht sogar jetzt seine eigenen Brötchen. Fazit: kleine Essen Menü aber dafür richtig lecker deutsches Bier gibt's auch...
