As an expat in Thailand for 10 years this was the worst experience I have ever encountered. The animals hounded and jumped up at us for food and when my wife told the staff 2 times in thai they just laughed. We dropped the food and got out as they surrounded us and my 3 yr old boy was really scared and crying. Complaining to to the young manager was an absolute waste of time because he came across as immature, only caring about his image and wanting to make an excuse for his 'working progress staff' where as his first and main concern should have been about the customer and the welfare of the child.

Was I angry? 100% I was, and I still am. As any patent would tell you, if you child feels danger we want to protect them. And any owner of a business who's custom is for families, I'f they don't do their up most to make us feel safe then they shouldn't be doing it.

The owners son (the manager) who's "staff are a reflection of him" I would have to agree with him on that, unfortunately. I would never recommend this...

I absolutely love this place, it’s not my first time here, BUT!

I find it very rude, when you just got food, started eating and the staff brings you the bill and asks to pay now, while you are eating. We also have waited a while for food and were quite hungry. I don’t know anyone, who does such a thing with the bill. It’s not nice.

Otherwise, the food is always very good. I like it very much. This time the zoo itself was a bit dirty. A lot of uncleaned poops, smelled bad. Usually I remember this place to be very clean. But I guess it’s because holiday has started and some staff is on holiday.

I sincerely wish the best to the place, but the bill part is quite rude. Would be amazing to either bring bill straight with the food, before people started eating or in the end, as every restaurant does. Thailand is quite an honest country and I don’t see many people running without paying their bills to do...

The restaurant is relatively large, decorated in a garden or forest style, with a high sense of nature. The atmosphere is pleasant and not too hot, but the dining area design feels somewhat disconnected from the natural surroundings. However, it’s not bad overall. The food is fairly average, though some dishes, like the shrimp spinach cheese pizza, are well done. On the other hand, the French fries were dry and hard. The portion sizes can be inconsistent, which sometimes makes it difficult to order additional dishes without significantly raising the bill.

Another downside was the service. Some staff members displayed poor body language and inappropriate behavior. While this might be a subjective opinion, it was a noticeable experience that affected the overall impression. This issue brought down the evaluation score...

Nice place for the kids. Food and coffee were nice, with aircon area or outside dining. Good fun feeding the animals. Kids free adults 80bt. Animal food 50bt a basket, we fed giraffe, deer, lama, horses, cows and zebra. Quite a good mix, the giraffes were so friendly. On the downside they have lions in small cages which is unacceptable and cruel. All in all a positive experience. It is Thailand and animal care sometimes takes a backseat, generally though this place was trying and most of the animals seemed happy enough.
