Paya Seafood Shop — Restaurant in Rayong Province

Warning!! Oil that they used to deep fry fish in was very dark, probably never been changed.

Greedy restaurant, I specifically ordered seafood mixed grill for one person (my husband is a vegetarian) and they brought me a seafood plate that easily can be fed a family of five!

So,there were plenty of food left that I couldn’t finish and when i went back to take my thing that I forgot and....there they were (the waiters)...busy eating my leftover right...

I visited the restaurant around 3.00 pm and there was only my table. Anyhow I need to wait my last dish for more than 25 mins. When I ask the waitress to follow up, no body seems to care and this is 15 mins more, noting literally happen.

The food is just ok while I spend almost 50% of my time to remove the crab bone. If you need a good restaurant with good service, I strongly recommend to runaway from this...

This is one of our favourite seafood restaurants in Rayong. Food is always fresh and tasty and staff are very helpful and polite. Price is reasonable and depending on the time you go e.g early evening, you may be able to see a beach fireshow as an extra bonus.
