Don't let the simple decor or emptiness of the place stop you. I don't know why they're aren't a lot of people there but the food was absolutely great. I don't have a lot of experience with Hong Kong cuisine but I do know Char Siu and what it's supposed to taste like. And it does. The rest of the food while I may not be familiar with the dishes there's one thing I can absolutely say and that it tastes great.
