Pon Yang Kham — Restaurant in Sakon Nakhon Province

First time eating at the new location. Very nice atmosphere and well cared for property. Fast service, nice staff and very clean restaurant. Steak and fries were nice. Not expensive, and a retail meat shop on site for take home. Also for a snack to take home I got the dried beef which was fantastic, big chunks of great flavored beef. Only minor complaint was the salad wasn't great and maybe a sharper knife. Keep up the Good Work, I will stop again when traveling...

Many good reviews, perhaps I'm the exception?. Rib eye was poor and a poor cut (I used to raise cattle) with lots of fat and not worth 420 baht. Farm hug ribeye is much better. Salad was drenched in gross dressing Beef esophagus was way too tough. Cucumber salad too salty. Beef shank was very good but sliced too thin. Thank God for Leo beer! Service was lacklustre - this is Thailand but...

Updates 8 March 2025: still yummy. Had the beef fillet and it was just right. Recommended

Delicious food. Visited on 6 January 2021 and found out that they are now located just at the main entrance from the main road in a brand new dining area which is much better. Steak is yummy as always. Good value @...
