I recently discovered Matcha Cafe while attending a coffee event, and I’m so glad I did! Located at พุทธมณฑลสาย 3, this cozy spot is a must-visit for matcha enthusiasts. They offer a wide range of matcha tea selections, sourced from both Yame and Uji, two of Japan’s renowned tea regions.

Apart from the exceptional matcha drinks, they also serve delightful treats like Matcha Cheesecake, Dorayaki with Red Bean, and refreshing Matcha Ice Cream. For those who want to enjoy matcha at home, they also sell tea-making equipment and high-quality matcha leaves.

This is a new matcha place that has just opened. They offer an impressive range of matcha selections alongside delectable desserts. We tried Matcha, Scone and Matcha cheesecake, and they were all good.

The shop is a two-floor shophouse; the first floor serves as a cosy tea bar, while the second floor offers a mezzanine with four tables in total and ample seating for around 15-20 patrons.

During our visit on a workday, the atmosphere remained inviting, with minimal crowds, and the wait time for orders averaged around 10 minutes.

เป็นร้านชาเขียวคุณภาพจริงๆ เข้าไปบรรยากาศนึกถึงร้านชาเขียวร้านนึงที่ค่อนข้างมีชื่อ การตกแต่งต่างๆหรือการจัดวางรูปแบบเมนู

เมนูในร้านมีให้เลือกเยอะมากกก และประทับใจแรกคือ ไม่มีสินค้าไหนหมด

ชาเขียวมีให้เลือกหลายสายพันธุ์ และแบ่งรูปแบบการคั่วที่หลากหลาย

พนักงานแนะนำดี เข้าใจในตัวกลิ่น,สายพันธุ์และการคั่วของชาอย่างดี พูดจาดีมากกก เราถามเยอะมาก ไม่มีหงุดหงิดเลย

สั่งเป็น matcha latte (haruki) รสและกลิ่นดีมาก ไม่เข้มเกินไปและไม่อ่อนเกิน กินแล้วรู้สึกนวลๆมีขมเล็กๆ เราไม่ได้เลือกที่มีกลิ่นโทนนัตตี้เพราะอยากลองอะไรใหม่ๆดู อันนี้ถือว่าชอบเลยยย

ชาคั่วแบบดาร์ก (กลิ่นคือโฮจิฉะนั่นแหละ) ปกติชอบทานโฮจิฉะอยู่แล้ว อันนี้ก็จะรสสัมผัสเข้มขึ้นมาอีก หอมมากเลยยยชอบบบ หวานกำลังดี (ส่วนตัวกลิ่นก็ไม่ได้ไปทางช้อคโกแลตขนาดนั้น)แต่อร่อย!!

ขนมสั่งเป็น monaka+kyoto ice cream 💯 อร่อยยยยโคตรรรรร เอามาเกลี่ยๆประกบกันกินคือฟินมากกก ถั่วแดงข้างในเนื้อกึ่งหยาบหน่อยๆ หวานกำลังดี ตัดกะไอศกรีมชาเขียวที่ติดขมๆ หอมกลิ่นชาชัดมาก คือแบบโคตรรรลงตัว อันนี้แนะนำมากๆๆๆ อยากให้ลอง

Matcha cheesecake อันนี้คือเหนือความคาดหมายมากๆตอนแรกคิดว่าก็ชีสเค้กทั่วไป(ที่สีเขียว5555) แต่อันนี้คือเนื้อเค้กออกครีมมี่ที่มีความแน่นแต่ไม่มากไปจนหนึบ รสชาติกำลังดีมีความขมของชาเขียวหน่อยๆ กลิ่นชาเขียวคือหอมอ่อนๆกำลังดี รสชาติจะเค็มๆนัวๆและหวานหน่อยๆ ประทับใจมากกกกก
