Jae Tia Pad See Ew Rad Na located on Dab Ploeng Road Soi Norrasingh , is a very convenient stop for travelers heading from Bangkok towards Cha-am. My favorite dish here was the Phat See Ew mixed noodle (Stir-Fried Soy Sauce Noodles), especially their unique "Sen Mua" style. This technique masterfully mixes both wide rice noodles and thin rice vermicelli, tossing them together in the wok to create an irresistibly fragrant, smoky, wok-charred aroma. Given the restaurant's proximity to Mahachai (a major seafood hub), choosing the seafood option was a must, and it did not disappoint. The prawns were plump and affordable, and the Chinese kale (Kana) was perfectly cooked to a bright green crispness. This is definitely a spot I look forward to...

ถือว่าอร่อยแบบมาตรฐาน ราดหน้ารสชาติยังแบบทั่วไป ผัดซีอิ้วยังผัดไม่หอมกลิ่นกะทะเท่าไหร่ รวมๆคือกลางๆ ดีที่นั่งทานในห้องแอร์ แต่รอนานเหมือนกัน ถ้าใครหิวมาอาจจะอารมณ์เสียได้...
