Chef's Day off Menu — Restaurant in Samut Songkhram Province

The price was so cheap comparing to what I was served. The quality of the food quite impressed me. Loved the melt-in-your-mouth meat from the BBQ pork ribs. The cannelloni was nicely seasoned. The chicken rolled steak was lovely with its mustard sauce. The star of the day would be that herb-grilled pork stir-fry with basil served with rice. Others might find the rice a bit tough but for me it was perfect!!! And it tasted super nice with everything combined.

The letdown would be pasta dishes which were quite overcooked. Chef also informed us beforehand already that the beef was quite chewy and it really was,unfortunately. If the place can serve the dishes faster, it will be awesome! The rest...

An absolute hidden gem in this area. We came to stay in this area for a few days to visit the floating market and railway market. Tucked around the corner was great little restaurant. อาหารทุกจานจะโรยพริกปาปีก้ามามาด้วย หากมีเด็กที่กินเผ็ดไม่ได้โปรดระวัง

อาหารแต่ละจานจะมีซอสพิเศษของจานมาให้ เช่น ซอสวาซาบิ(อันนี้มาแค่จุดเดียว) ซอสมัสตาส(อันนี้อร่อยดีไม่ฉุนมาก)

พาสต้าเนื้อ เนื้อไม่เหนียว พอให้เคี้ยวได้สู้ฟันหน่อยๆ

ซี่โครงหมูบาบีคิว นุ่มดี เนื้อหลุดร่อนจากกระดูก เพียงแค่เอาลิ้นแตะ

มันฝรั่งทอด ที่นี่ใช้มันฝรั่งทั้งลูกเลย น่าจะเอาไปอบก่อนแล้วค่อยนำมาทอดให้เปลือกกรอบๆ อร่อยดี แต่ซอสน้อยไปนิดและไม่มีวางเพิ่มให้บนโต๊ะ

พานาคอตต้าลิ้นจี่ อันนี้ค่อนข้างผิดหวังพอสมควร หวังว่าจะได้กินพานาคอตต้าเพราะชอบมาก แต่กลับได้มาเป็นเต้าฮวยนมสดราดซอสมาแทน ซอสลิ้นจี่รสชาติใช้ได้ ช๊อกโกแลตเหมือนร้านรถเข็นและรู้สึกรสชาติไม่เข้าพวกเท่าไหร่ มีเมอแรงแปะมาให้ตรงหน้าและตรงฐานด้วย กรอบๆอร่อยดี
