Thepprathan Steak House — Restaurant in Saraburi Province

On the way back to Bangkok from Khaoyai ~ we were finding the Ostrich steak! and hesitate a bit to come here. Finally, we're there and ordered ostrich steak and porkchop. First, salad and bread served ~ 🍞 bread is so soft with butter smell made this wonderful 🥗 Salad is traditional thai style with creamy and sweet salad dressing (cabbage,cucumber,tomato and onions) 🥩 Steaks are quite sticky and the meat is not tender and drab. so I give -1 for steaks menu. Side dish are long bean, carrots, fries, tomato and corn. The gravy of porkchop is nothing special and the taste is very light. The ostrich steak with black pepper its sauce is another plain style, the taste was good but not salty and give any aromatic pinch compared to the price of 520THB . So, first time and last time.

We stopped by this place on our way back from Khao Yai. My sister recommended it because she had visited two years ago and really liked it, so we decided to give it a try.

We ordered grilled pork, steak, spicy grilled pork salad, and pork kaprao with rice. To be honest, the grilled pork and steak were quite disappointing. They served the grilled dishes with bread and salad. The bread was soft and warm, and it was probably the only Western-style food I enjoyed here. My sister mentioned that the quality has gone downhill compared to her previous visit.

The spicy grilled pork salad and kaprao rice, however, were good. I would only recommend ordering Thai dishes at this place.

I had a delightful meal at this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the Spaghetti Pad Kee Mao, which was perfectly spicy and flavorful, followed by a bowl of Chicken Feet Soup that was rich and hearty. I also tried the Shrimp Paste Fried Rice, which came with crispy fried shrimp, and it was a real treat. However, I do have a small critique about the service. I noticed that some of the plates and cups were not as clean as they should be. I asked the staff to replace them, and they were happy to do so.
