Uncle Tree Café — Restaurant in Saraburi Province

This is one good place to have a quiet lunch when you are enroute to Khao Yia. Having to make a slight detour from the long weekend jammed-packed Route 2, this was like an oasis away from the chaotic traffic caused by the masses heading up big mountain and beyond. Decently priced dishes, a good lunch we had. Food ranges wide from local to western, a pizza for the kids we had. Setup like a modernistic wooden barn amongst a garden of gravel and abundant greens, it was like stepping into the homey domicile of a ruralist.
