Black Canyon เซ็นทรัลเฟสติวัล หาดใหญ่ (ชั้น 5) — Restaurant in Songkhla Province

I wish I could give lower than 1 star. This restaurant is a Thai restaurant and can't even serve proper tomyam soup.

Firstly, let's talk about the atmosphere in this restaurant. The atmosphere is dim and dark and attracts alot of mosquitos. Just five minutes after we sat down, we had mosquito bites on our legs. The mosquitos can be visibly seen and the restaurant should do something about it. I am literally scratching my leg as I'm typing this review.

The service is actually not bad. Even though there is a language barrier, the server still met our needs. With only one server working on that day, she is doing great.

Lastly, the food. The food was terrible. It took around 20 minutes for the first plates to come out of the kitchen. The tomyam soup is very sour and does not taste rich at all. It tasted very diluted. Two of my friends had different tomyam soup served to them. They said that the tomyam soup did not taste like tomyam soup at all. It tasted like a bunch of spices mixed together.

I don't think this restaurant is even worthy to be a Thai restaurant. I hope this...

Worst Thai food ever tasted in whole of hatyai. Do not recommend to eat here for Thai food. Tomyam was worst, vegetables too sweet, omlette bad, curry prawns tasted bad. I was so shocked to know black canyon is from Thailand but tasted worst. There was BC back in Malaysia last time and tasted 10x better. Super disappointing… food price was pricey as well and not...

Several kinds of food and drink in main menu. Occasionally set promotion now is Pad Thai with Iced beverage. Almost small tables for couples and some for groups.
