Been here once. 1st and foremost, it is halal. You can eat all you can here. You are given a grill and a hotpot. The price is considerably cheap for that unlimited buffet. But please remember, an unlimited buffet is not a ticket to waste food. Take what you can and eat what you could. There are still many people out there who cannot afford to eat.
You could choose beef, chicken, seafood such as prawn, tiger prawn, sea bass, clam and others. No marinade for the seafood, bare grill it or just throw it in the hotpot. For the sea bass, you can ask them to grill for you. For the meat, it was slightly marinated, and there are also options for plain meat. After all, meat will be dipped in sauce.
There are also ready made dishes such as fried rice, noodle, fried chicken, nugget and fries, as well as some malay cuisine. There are also a few counters for dessert, ice cream and vege, somehow i didn't try it. I came here purposely for the meat and seafood.
For the taste, i think it is okay but not the best. If you are a meat / seafood goer who only eat for quantity and not the taste, this place is a perfect choice for you. You can just become a machine and eat everything the hell out. I recommend you to try their fried chicken and banana egg crepe, that's the best for me here. Don't put drizzle (condensed milk) on those crepe, eat it plain, it was light and good for after meal.
For the premise, i consider it is as acceptable but not really clean. I guess there is always an upside down in everything, cheap price and not clean, while expensive one is cleaner. There is also a prayer room here as well as toilet. I didn't try both but the toilet seemed a bit of a nightmare from the outside. Free unpaved carpark is provided. If there is rain this carpark will get muddy and messy.
Overall, a cheap affordable buffet, an okay taste, a variety of seafood, unclean premise. If you come to hatyai for the 1st time, it is a must to try. For me, once is enough, I will look at other places next time. May come here again if I wanna be...

Food: Overall food is average. Quality is slightly below average.Hygiene is questionable.
Seafood choice is limited. 2 types of prawns, 3 seashell, 2 fish. And the fish & squid is cut in big sizes which makes it hard to cook over fire. They have few slices of fillet which is not label and thus not sure if there are fish or any other seafood.
Cooked food is not labelled either so as tourists you might end up guessing or worst still take and not eat them. Leading to waste of food.
They don’t cover the food thus flies free to fly & land.
Tables too small for 2 bbq/steam pot to be places on it though you might be alone or a couple. The heat from the pots is real which eventually contribute to the smoky environment. Definitely not a place if you have respiratory issues.
Service: You can’t find staffs to help you clear table when it’s full. Even if we want to throw the shell/bones of the food ourselves, there is no rubbish bin or used plates shelves. End up messy on the small tables.
If you don’t like smoky, crowded, chaotic & below average food, this place is not for you.
Partly the patrons have to behave & be responsible by taking right amount of food and not waste them, walk in orderly manner rather than...
