If you love the minimalist aesthetic combined with top-notch Japanese-style homemade bread, you absolutely have to visit Breadtory Cafe (located near Pathum Thani)!
🍞 The Bread is the Star of the Show As the name suggests, the baked goods are the main event. They make everything fresh daily, focusing on the quality and technique of Japanese-style baking.
💛A Must-Try: Shiopan (Salt Bread)! This is their signature item and a total revelation. The texture is perfectly soft and buttery inside, with just the right hit of sea salt on the crust. You can get the classic version or try popular variations like Bacon Cheese, Truffle, or Almond. It’s heaven in bread form!
🍰Wide Selection: Beyond the bread, their cakes and pastries are beautiful and delicious—sweet, but not overly sugary.
🏡 Ambience: Minimalist, Cozy, and Photo-Ready
The cafe itself is designed flawlessly. It features a clean minimalist style with white walls contrasted by warm wooden accents, making it feel like a cozy, sophisticated "Bread House."
In Summary: Breadtory Cafe perfectly blends superb homemade bakery quality with a stunning, welcoming atmosphere. If you’re in the Pathum Thani area (or even if you need a quick trip out of Bangkok), this spot is worth the drive! Highly recommended! Come for the aesthetic, stay for...
Read moreThis place was so beautifully designed เป็นร้านที่สวย ถูกใจมากๆ โดยเฉพาะการตกแต่งมั้งนอกและในร้าน There were mini bread houses decorated all over the cafe, and I wondered if they are actual breads or just bread models. Will ask next time in there. I also love the shape of the cafe, it wasn’t just simple squared shapes but it had curves, unique corners that made the place so unique. There are two parts to this cafe; One part was for drinks, and the other was the actual cafe with the bakery section and where you order, pay everything. It was a little inconvenient when you order the drinks because you had to walk out to the other cafe to get it. The buzzer machine will let you know when your drinks are done but the bakery will be served at your own table. I loved their bakery section. The taste was good. I had their black truffle brioche, I thought it was good but the truffle cream was too sweet, but the top was the crispy cheese which was so good. The brioche was okay. My mum had the sweet brioche and she really liked it! I would go back. The lady at the counter didn’t give me a warm welcome though…but with others she seemed more attentive. I’m...
Read moreAs a remote tech worker, I used to visit Breadtory at least 3 times a week due to its great vibe. However, this also means I submitted more feedback than anyone else. There was a time another customer used my MacBook to take pics with her coffee, and many other times when I said there was no soap in the restroom. I never felt guilty sending feedback because I was always polite, but I started sensing someone here didn't like me much.
Today, after paying for a dessert and a drink, I was told that they could no longer let me sit here for over 2 hours since they must give the seat to other customers. This didn't make sense because I rarely come here when the place is busy, and I always order multiple drinks when I sit here for a long time, but it's their rights, and I always have other places to visit.
TLDR: It's a great cafe to casually visit once in a while, but not every week as a digital nomad.
Edit: The owner's reply will show you her poor mindset. Other guests that dropped 1-3 stars also mentioned...
