Baannairai farm & cafe — Restaurant in Surat Thani Province

As soon as we turned up you could feel the beauty and tranquility of this place! The video says it all really, Baannairai farm & case is absolutely stunning, couldn’t ask for more really - situation in the heart of the jungle, so peaceful & beautiful.

All of the staff were super friendly, the chef even came out to speak with me as I have some dietary requirements and was so so accommodating to me! Everybody was so friendly, and the chef even came out to serve our food and ask how everything was.

The food was immaculate. Everything cooked to perfection. I had eggs on sweet potato which was absolutely delightful.

Overall, everything was perfect; you couldn’t get a more serene, lovely little spot in the most gorgeous place AND the food matched the vibes. 10/10, will definitely be coming back here 🍀🦋💫

Edit: I’ve been coming back to Baannairai Farm & Cafe for the past few months while I’ve been living in Samui. My partner and I absolutely adore this little gem. The food is always delicious, huge portions, some of the best Thai food we’ve had! & We fell in love with the wonderful chef who is so friendly. Sure sometimes the food can take a little while to come - but that’s just Thailand island vibes for you! Take the chance to relax, chill, enjoy the scenery & relax into the Thai island feels...

Great place, delicious breakfast, nice atmosphere. I wanted to rate for 5 stars in the beginning, but after some time i've changed my mind. It's a café with a good rotation of clients (what means that food is super good here) everything is fresh. They also have great deserts (P.S. they are small, cheesecake is a mini baby slice, the smallest that i've ever had in Samui). But if you are someone who eats slowly and wants to enjoy your food with time, maybe it's not the best option. You definitely can't work here and if you sit for longer than 30 mins, the service kind of puts pressure on you coming every 5-6 minutes and ask if you would like to order something else (like order something or leave already).
