This cafe really reminds me of Aussie style cafe - whole vibe, taste, menu, coffee etc. We just couldn't help to ask and indeed the chef used to work in Australia!! The food is delicious, coffee and smoothies are spot on and definitely can tell the chef use high quality ingredients. I'm so impressed by the customer service too. Explained each special menu to us and during waiting time they even bought kids cuttery to our toddler- first cafe here that actually went extra step and thought about our toddler. When I ordered the smoothies I asked to switch few ingredients so that our toddler can have some too and our little one loved it so much! You can also see how the food is being prepared - the kitchen is split into 3 sections - charcoal grill, wood fire and general cooking it's all transparent. I also had carrot cake takeaway and came with sustainable packaging with paper fork, container and bag. Overall I really enjoyed the food here with only slight 'but' is the price - Bangkok price. It is at the slight higher end considering this is located in...

Came here for breakfast after early morning cross over from Koh Samui. The place is as cozy as one would sort of expect in a modern, industrial-esque style cafe in Melbourne. Nicely spaced and decor mainly exude muted colour tones and timbers. The service is friendly and attentive. The food was fresh and high quality and the coffee was good. Although I will note that the price felt a little expensive compared to other places of the same level in Surat Thani, if not in Koh Samui - where food and drinks are notoriously 'more expensive' than its mainland counterpart.

Overall, very enjoyable. Not crazy expensive but above average pricing for sure. Food and coffee are well made and freshly prepared. Staff friendly...

KENS in Surat Thani is a culinary gem that offers a perfect blend of traditional flavors and modern techniques. I started with the tom yum soup, a harmonious mix of spicy, sour, and savory notes, followed by a perfectly grilled sea bass complemented by a delicate lemongrass sauce, and finished with mango sticky rice, featuring ripe, sweet mangoes and warm, coconut-infused sticky rice. The service at KENS is exemplary, with warm smiles and genuine hospitality from the moment we stepped in. The staff is attentive, quick to respond, knowledgeable about the menu, and adept at handling special dietary requests. KENS provides an outstanding dining experience with five-star food and service, making it a must-visit in...
