Nim is the best ! Super sweet and very accommodating to dietary restrictions. I have an allium sensitivity and she eliminated it from my dishes with no problem. She did the same for our friend in the group who is vegan. We went back multiple times during our stay in KP and also took a cooking class with Nim which was an amazing experience.
