Secret Mountain — Restaurant in Surat Thani Province

The extra charge for swimming pool not a problem the big problem is they not inform or have a clearly sign to tell customers before. And the owner didn't listen about customer complaint or give opinion . Especially the women owner she not listen at all and also have argue with customers her college also so rude including her.Before I came here many times to the place never have to pay for swimming pool and of course everytime ordered a drink sometime use the swimming pool . Before we will leave we talk about this issue at parking with each other (my friend we have 4.peoples) they spy listening us even far 10 meter from restaurant the owner talk so loud from bacolny at restaurant and have 2 man's run from there want to hit or fight with my partner (I think they're big Mafia) even we talk really polite with them I feel very dissapointed .I am Thai I can't accept what they did to us. They job is about service customer if you don't know how to handle the business better sell or close it. Please be careful from this place and of course we will never go back again not recommend to anyone . The drink and food very over the price with the bad service(if a good service is good deal to pay) the pool not in a really clean and good condition ........

The view is astonishing and you should definitely check it out at least once. Everything else is just meh. Food is average, prices are not as high as you might expect. I visited this place twice and at first they forgot about my order so I had to remind them after 20+ minutes. Next time I got my order fast, but I asked to make it spicy and it wasn't spicy at all. The pool is old, tired and dirty and they charge 50 baht for it but I wouldn't go there even for free. I would totally recommend going to this place in the evening to watch the sunset and drink fresh coconut, but that's all you should do there probably. Be careful on the road as it is steep...
