☕️The coffee was delicious 🤷🏼‍♀️but the service is unpleasant. 🐶We came to the cafe with our dog, not knowing that the cafe does not allow animals. When we went inside, the door to the cafe was open and the sign was not visible😢 And instead of kindly (!) informing us about it, the cashier woman began waving her hands and emotionally saying "no no no, dogs are not allowed here. go away” (with an irritated, twisted face🥴)

Every time you come here you take part in a lottery: will you be lucky with the mood of the staff today or not😂

My recommendation is to train staff on how to talk and behave with guests

I was the one who had the idea to call my friends to go discover this very nice cafe with a menu that was really tempting... we arrive, and we're greeted by 2 women who looked at us as if we were aliens and didn't offer us to sit down. Is this how you welcome customers, or do you have types of customers you treat well? What a shame! We drove 45 minutes just to visit your cafe! The P Samui offers undoubtedly the best café atmosphere in Ko Samui! The interior is modern, warm, and beautifully designed, making it a truly inviting space.

We came for an espresso, and it was the best we’ve had on the island—rich, smooth, and perfectly prepared. We also tried a cake, which was delicious and a great complement to the coffee.
