Many towns in Isan, even small ones, have foreign food joints. Surin is lucky to have had a few over the years, and Starbeam has become an institution, really, and for good reason. Located on a small, funky soi, you kind of have to go looking for this place, but you'll be happy when you find it. The menu is quite amazing in it's breadth, and we tried sampling from many parts of it. Everything was good to excellent, and we will be back to explore it further.
