Begun as a pop-up, but now offered every Saturday, guests begin with a thirty minute tour of the 100% organic grounds where everything from Fruit trees to Crucifers and Herbs are grown year round.
Toqued by Chef Rick Dingen of the Netherlands the menu is created daily from the harvest, each day offering something a little different including Eggs selected by the diners themselves and whatever free-range Protein was caught or slaughtered.
Hosted outdoors at PRU Jampa Farm it is in 4 courses that 10 plates are served, each fresh and balanced in an idyllic setting that begins with low-ABV Cocktails which pair well to bites of Oyster, Sunchoke or housemade Cheese.

This spot is a hidden gem in every sense. Nestled in the greenery of Phuket, Hideaway by Jampa gave me one of the most beautiful, intentional meals I’ve ever had.
Every course was pure art—thoughtful, delicious, and somehow both grounded and elevated. The duck egg with Hua Hin caviar kicked things off like a little bite of magic. Then came the chawanmushi with bone marrow and sweet corn, which was ridiculously good. Silky, rich, and just comforting in the best way.
I opted for the chicken instead of pigeon, and it was chef’s kiss. Perfectly cooked, juicy with that crisp golden skin, and paired with these earthy greens and the silkiest sauce. It was the kind of dish that makes you close your eyes and take your time.
The whole vibe of the place? Peaceful, earthy, and unpretentious. Just good energy, good people, and food that tells a story.

And I am 1000% certain this where we were suppose to be. First the farm to table experience was just so healing, picking our own eggs and exploring the garden to taste and smell the ingredients. They took us to the restaurant on a buggy and the venue was absolutely stunning. So green, so open, so relaxing, being one with nature while you dine (we saw a huge lizard swimming in the lake). Of course we cannot forget the meal. The dishes were full of flavor and just divine, yet felt so good to eat knowing it was all sourced sustainably in Thailand.
