Weary and hungry we found this restaurant with beautiful cozy terrace and seated ourselves ready for a nice dinner. The service immediately arrived with moustache and attitude. Her expression suggesting we should get up and go, but the brave travelers we are we stayed and ordered, not paying mind to the mood of our waitress. And foods were nice if not excellent and the sourness of our waitress was compensated by the sweetness of our drinks. Perhaps a bit too much so, but little sugar never hurt anyone, right? On our second visit next day to this fine establishment the service just deteriorated more. Our waitress looked, if possible, more annoyed having us there and threw one menu on the table for the two of us to share and turned away. Which hey is okay if you are busy and running out of menus. We can share! We can wait! Deciding to to just stick with the drinks and ice cream this time I helped myself to the fridge and freezer, leaving the waitress to serve the hungrier lot occupying the place. This did not appease her judging by her looks as she finally returned and took our order for one coffee. Which I was told, without tasting it, was very good. Then because of the lack of options on where to feed yourself on this side of the island we returned again to find our friendly waitress preoccupied by her cellphone, which she set aside to bring us, yes two menus this time! Standing next to us in menacing silence, oozing hostility, she waited till we decided on having; two black thai teas, sausages wrapped in bacon and one panang curry. We waited... The drink arrived. We waited... Curry arrived, small and miserable. Barely nothing to eat. And we waited, sausages arrived. All eight small shriveled pieces of em. And we waited... The second drink never arrived. Never again I said and we paid and left.
All and all food was fine tasting, portions kept getting smaller as we frequented the place. And service was weirdest and worst in...

We adults tried many different dishes and honestly didn’t find anything we didn’t like – everything was absolutely delicious! Even for the kids, there’s always a great alternative: whether it’s chicken nuggets, fries, rice, or other options, there’s something for everyone.
Our absolute favorite was the Spicy Minced Chicken Salad – just amazing! And the desserts? From brownies to other little cakes – simply wow. So, so tasty!
The service is quick and efficient, and we even had some fun with the staff. You just have to engage a little, joke around, and enjoy the atmosphere.
We were really impressed and will definitely be coming back before our vacation ends! 😊
Oh, and one thing I must not forget: On our first day, we walked to the restaurant, and while we were eating, it started raining. The staff was so kind—they simply asked a friend to give us a ride back to our place.
Wow. Who does that these days?
Such a thoughtful and generous...
Read moreA good place to stop by either in the morning or afternoon. Coffee is good although coffee is a bit too hot. Good taste of coffee that grow and roast on the island. It is great to try local produce. The coffee is grown on the mountain, 1 k.m. from the coffee shop. Iced coffee is also good taste. On top of that they know how to serve coffee - coffee, small snack and small glass of hot tea too clean your mouth afterwards. This kind of serving is for 40 THB for an espresso or Americano. You can ask for more tea. I am impressed.👍👏 The place is cozy and on a good day, great weather, it is s good place to sit down and just to chill out. I love the ambitious to make good place on the Island this makes the island more interesting. Let's support the local with this great product...
