German bakery...??? Sorry but thats not at all a German Bakery coz Germany is famous for its breads and cakes. However...the place is clean and the staff kind...the recommend Burger are at least homemade but expected more for 239 Tbh.
Thanks for your comment about your German Bakery. I agree you presented Christstollen...packed in slices...something typical for the Christmas time in Germany...just never in slices;). As well as i do see the Rye bread...a kind of toast...soft and not fresh ...sorry my friend ...thats not german style at all. Make me a Rye bread with sour dought like in Germany or another kind of ..even without sour dought...fresh...crispy...tasty and for a reasonable price and i will be your regulary customer ...at least for bread. When i was in your Restaurant i saw your cakes...sized like Thai cakes...your staff told me that they are made with butter...instead.of margarine...do im right that e.g. Schwarzwaelder Kirsch Torte doesnt contains any butter...??? Please dont missunderstand my critics ...would like u just do think about and maybe improve your assortment and offer...respectively of German Culture...coz they do have at least one of the best assortments of bread and cakes world wide...when they are made according the tradition of. PS: About your burger i just complain about the price for...coz for 7,50€ ...whats a lot for a burger in Thailand...even in Germany...im expecting a "Super Burger" ...in size and content or im wrong? Happy new Year ...hope will see you improve your assortment....and i will come back certainly as well as correct the review. 08.01.20 Hope you do understand now whats German bread, cake and a "real" Burger...and will be able to improve your assortment...in Quality as well as in reasonable prices coz rhats what customers deserve...authentic and homemade for reasonable prices...thank you. PS: That lesson of Consulting is for free. .hope you you will make the according changes with...and not just for me...and its not about "HighSo"...its about a "honest and proper Job"...particulary...

The menu at Peppers is a delightful mix of flavors that truly captures the essence of both Thai and international cuisine. Their Mexican food is phenomenal – think sizzling nachos, hearty burritos, and perfectly cooked quesadillas that will transport you straight to the heart of Mexico. They also offer an array of Italian dishes, including rich pastas and other classic favorites that are sure to satisfy any craving. Breakfast here is a real treat as well, offering everything from hearty classics to more indulgent options.
But the real showstopper has to be their Tom Yum pizza. It’s a unique fusion that combines the best of Thai and Italian flavors. The tangy Tom Yum topping on a perfectly baked crust is an absolute game-changer. Every bite is a burst of flavor that will leave you craving more.
And let’s not forget their amazing baked goods and cakes. The cheesecake is heavenly, and paired with a cold beer, delicious coffees, or other beverages, it makes for the perfect end to a meal.
What really sets Peppers apart, though, is the incredible service. The staff are attentive, friendly, and genuinely passionate about making your dining experience unforgettable. The owner, John, is one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet. He’s so friendly and fun to chat with, adding a personal touch that makes every visit special. They go above and beyond to ensure that every detail is perfect, from the presentation of the food to the ambiance of the restaurant.
In short, Peppers Restaurant is a gem in Ubon Ratchathani. Whether you’re a local or a traveler, this is one spot you don’t want to miss. Five stars all the way! I can’t imagine why it doesn’t have a...
Read moreOK. The new location is open and still cooking the same menu we are accustomed to and have grown to love. It is looking to be a great move, as the reservoir area surrounding the restaurant would seem to have a lot of long-term potential. They are still doing some renovations to the building, so the first time we visited, there was a paint smell like that which we were trying to get away from at our new house that is similarly undergoing work. The next time they were repairing the fancy multi-directional A/C unit .The quesadilla, however, was excellent. Not the best I have ever had (that would ironically be at a bar in Hong Kong and not in the US or Mexico, but I digress), but it is right up there with them all and such a treat to be able to get this delicious dish in Ubon. Went back again for lunch, since it is only a few minutes from our new house, and got the schnitzel. Not up to the usual standards, with the breading falling off, cutlet a bit too thick, but still a treat to get here in Ubon, and I am hoping the transition to the new location is to blame for the variance. We want to delve more into the bakery menu going forward, since the kids love fresh bread, and they sell the ever popular banana bread that we eat on a regular basis (stiff competition here in Ubon, though, so we shall see). We haven’t eaten the pizza yet, but plan to do so, and if it is delish as we expect, will make it our go to for Friday pizza and movie night. In summary, glad to see this place is still here for our blended Thai-American family.
Earlier post: Went to eat there today and it is closed. Seems they have moved to a place farther north of the city, but it is not clear if it has all the Western menu items. They were not open when we dropped by the new location,...
