เฮือนลับแล - Huan Laplae — Restaurant in Uttaradit Province

I continue to get amazed here in Thailand when we keep finding n discovering new restaurant in places where u wouldn’t expect such nicely designed n very well maintained restaurants!!

This northern style restaurant n cafe is beautifully designed and with the waterfall at the back is a perfect place to relax and have a good meal!

The service is so so.. would be nice if they were trained to smile 😀 n show interest in the customers!!

The food was good but more expensive compared to similar dishes in Chiang Mai.

Overall a good place to visit when you are travelling in that part...

We were there as a big family group. Food was taking a long time to serve. One of my nieces didn’t end up having food as she was waiting for so long with no apology, found out they didn’t have enough steamed rice and didn’t want to inform us so we requested to cancel just that dish. I made a complain but still no sign of being sorry and kind words from their mouths. These young staff were unprofessional. If they said sorry to us a bit then we would feel a bit better. Your staff were so really incompetent so you need to train them...

Well known cafe around the town, serving some desserts with local durian variety. They also offer local food, we had kantok set, which was quite good, and some local dishes made from rice flour, pretty average. Durian cheesecake was small and average, coconut ice cream served with sticky rice and durian much better, this one I can recommend. Signature coffee was alright, but not great.
