Mugunghwa Korean Restaurant Phuket - 푸켓 무궁화 한식당 — Restaurant in Wichit

Today I made order by delivery from this restaurant. I decided to try popular pibimpap, japchae and kimpab.

There is not meat in pibimpap absolutely. Restaurant don’t write compound on menu. It was firstly vegetarian pibimpap in my life or just restaurant forgot to put meat?!

Japchae was horrible. It was ONE piece of pork and two pieces of fat 🤢 very few of vegetables and a lot of onion. Japchae was fatty.

It is very low quality. Prices is not cheap.

My kind of restaurant! Unpretentious, both inside and from the outside as well but the food is delicious. Had the kimchi soup and the beef bulgogi. Hands down the best Korean food I've had in Phuket and I've tried about a dozen restaurants. The service was fast and as you would expect in a Korean restaurant, they serve quite a few side dishes to complement your meal. I don't livefar so I'll come again soon and try...

If you wanna have the real taste of Korean food, please come to this place.

I felt impressed with the set of soft tofu soup with side dishes (unlimited 🤤). I also loved their steam and fried dumplings.

Their service was superb. Thank you for warm welcoming.
