A fantastic bar. From the outset it looks a little ruff and ready BUT don't let this put you off! Wednesdays are buffet days where you can eat some beautiful food, fresh and tasty from Barracuda which is probably the nicest fish I've ever tasted to local cuisine, salads, chicken, curry type dishes, rices and more. Absolutely phenomenal. They have a great drumming session on the night around the campfire where you can drink, chill, have a dance and relax. Nothing better whilst listening to the sea waves. A place we we visited more than once and everytime the food is superb. As someone who is quite fussy I can't recommend enough. Read moreWhere do I start, the venue is relaxing on the beach next to Kunta Kinteh hotel, the food is fantastic and the service is beyond expectations. The kitchens I was welcome to inspect and were clean, the staff catered for all our diets. I had a group of 38 here and the food was set out for them, it was a staple dish so they did it as a buffet style. Everyone was full with extra food left over. The people who didn’t eat this food were catered to individually and again all were happy, the price is reasonable. The drinks are ice cold with a good selection. There is horses on the beach and they stop bye here to see if the kids want to ride. Prices vary but I can negotiate D600 per hour per horse to give all the kids a shot or D200 per child for 10 minutes.
