I visited Fajara Gardens restaurant for the first time a couple of weeks ago, and I loved it so much that I returned 3 more times!
The food is delicious, and the menu caters to both tourists and Gambians! I enjoyed delicious ladyfish, eggs benedict and supa kanja there!
The portion sizes are perfect, you're full at the end of the meal with little to no waste/leftovers.
The staff is attentive and professional.
The ambiance is great, and beautiful decor incorporates works by local artists.
If you love coffee, you have to try their lattes/cappuccino, they're great!
If you love spicy hot sauce, you've got to try their hot sauce, it's so delicious that I asked for a jar to take back to the US! That said, it's not for the faint of heart! Lol
Finally, I love the eco-friendly cotton hand towels (as opposed to paper) in the restrooms.
Overall, this has a wonderful restaurant, and as a foodie, I'm grateful for a gem like this...
