We really enjoyed this spot that several friends recommended. We are new to Tunis, and these burgers were delicious! The coleslaw that's served with the plate is really good, too. The fries were okay, but we came for the burgers and that's what impressed us! The atmosphere is also fun! It is a small place, so it was pretty loud for trying to carry on a conversation, but it's quaint and an exciting place to be! :) The service was great, too. We will definitely be back and will bring friends next time!

We enjoyed the food- but we did not appreciate that the male staff (manager I think?) decided to spray (green) insect spray inside the dining area while we were there eating. Good thing we were half way eating the pasta when he did that. But not sure about the 2 take out burgers that other staff were preparing - near the sprayed area. Please note that this was an enclosed space. We informed the female staff who was gracious enough to acknowledge the feedback. Food was tasty and filling. Good for sharing. We liked the burger - meaty and juicy. Truffle pasta was great - creamy and tangy. Burrata salad was almost good - burrata exterior was rubbery and was a bit hard to chew on. Maybe they gave us an old one. Which was unfortunate because we liked the other components of the salad.

I ordered the basic burger medium rare with fries. I received a well done burger. To make sure, I took two bites to make sure no pink in the middle. There wasn't. I asked the waiter if this was supposed to be medium rare and he said he forgot to tell the chef. He took it back and then mocked me in French to his colleagues that I had taken two bites and wanted to return it. Then he came back with a rare burger which was better than nothing. The quality of the ground beef is mediocre, nothing special. They are basically dressing up a mediocre burger with their different burger combinations. Attaching a photo of what they tried to pass off to me as medium rare to hide the server's mistake.

Great burgers, salads, and pastas! Can someatimes be really busy on weekends and you may have to sit on a long shared table, so get there earlier if you’re looking for a private table. Smaller restaurant space with music that’s sometimes loud, it’s definitely a more casual place. Burgers come with fries and some coleslaw. They have lots of additions you can add to your burgers, including pork bacon. Prices range from 20-35 dinar usually per person.

We ordered T-bone steak and the specialty of the chef we was very disappointed since they had high reviews . The steak wasn’t cooked the right way plus the white sauce was disgusting make you lose the meat flavor . The service was ok but the menu had an option to add pork bacon to the meal it was a surprise to us since the restaurant is not located in a touristic area but in residential one. Never coming back again .

Je ne suis pas à ma première visite. J’ai toujours aimé le Zink à chaque fois que j’ai l’occasion de visiter La Tunisie. Les hamburgers sont de bonnes qualités certes mais j’ai noté dernièrement une méchante baisse du service et surtout d’hygiène. Un accueil très froid, une attente à table insoutenable, et la cerise sur le sundae des verres en plastiques sales. Lorsque je demande à notre serveur de changer les verres, il me demande d’abord pourquoi! Une fois il note de lui même l’état de saleté, il accepte de ramener un autre sans même s’excuser. Et pour finir, on reçoit nos hamburgers sans frites et il fallait attendre plusieurs minutes pour voir quelqu’un qui arrive avec un grand bol de frites et nous donne nos portions directement servies dans le plat. Bref, tout pour rendre cette aventure désagréable. Je comprends qu’il s’agit peut-être d’une exception mais c’est ainsi aussi qu’on perd des clients fidèles et certainement des *. La différence entre un fast food 5* et un autre réside dans les détails mais surtout au niveau de la propreté. Une tolérance zéro est de mise! Je reviendrai et je ferai une mise à jour de mes commentaires si on m’assure plus d’hygiène, bannir les verres en plastique, et garder le sourire.
