Food is usually tasty, very typical of Trinidad, (and also quite affordable) but -also very typical of Trinidad, unfortunately- their customer service is almost non-existent, unless you're a well-known client, don't expect to be greeted with a pleasant face, and don't expect kind co-operation for unusual requests. Linx or Credit Cards are not usually accepted (their machine seemed to be perennially out of order) but I was pleasantly surprised the other day when I went (the Western location in Arima - i.e. not near Massy) and their Linx machine was working. All styrofoam containers for most of the food they serve means you will probably want to dine in on a plate if you're concerned for the environment. Bathrooms are maintained at the barest minimum level of hygiene unfortunately. This restaurant has its regulars so they don't go out of the way to treat new people kindly so that they turn into repeat customers. If you don't know how things work, you might end up frustrated, but if you learn fast that would be a plus. Sometimes they don't actually pay attention to which customer is next in line...which means if you don't like others cutting ahead of you, you have to speak up. If it's an East Indian holiday (like Indian Arrival Day, Divali or Eid), expect crazy waits particularly at the location near Massy Supermarket for whole buss-up (aka whole paratha) which they say serves two but can usually serve up to 4 people depending on their appetite. Calling ahead does not always guarantee they will have your order...

I had the best customer service experience yesterday! The young lady who served my daughter, son, and me was an absolute queen—graceful, warm, and welcoming. She had a beautiful presence, with a distinctive beauty mark (mole) that only added to her charm.

What stood out the most was her genuine love for her job. You could see it in the way she interacted with customers, serving with kindness and joy. Her energy was truly uplifting.

I usually don’t leave reviews because every business has its own standards, and not all may align with mine. But because of this incredible woman, I had to make an exception.

Keep up the amazing work, Queen! May you continue to spread joy wherever you go. I only wish I had gotten your name so you’d know this...

A very clean environment to sit an eat in the security guard pulls double duty there wiping down and cleaning every seat that's been used, the food on the other hand is so so, in this day and age every thing is about eating healthy so everyone is now reducing salt and using butter things in their meals , so the meal wasn't the tastiest, I give it a solid 6 out of 10 as salt helps brings out the flavor in food and makes it tastier and the channel and potato is way to watery and the mangoe needs mire flavor. Staff always pleasant , a pleasant surprise in today's atmosphere of kfc attitude . I'll reccomend trying them out if you in arima or passing through and looking for a decent clean place with good service , go try them and form your...
