I have been associated with this brand for over 4 years and I'm always humbled by the fine quality of service that is meted out. Anyone visiting this food outlet is GUARANTEED to get TOP CLASS service, clean surrounding and top quality cuisine. From #Day1 of my meeting Wally and wife Susan Champatsingh, I can say that I've never seen better service. I am proud to say that I created the stir towards this food outlet and have enjoyed spending my money at the location and I will continue doing just that. Rendel grew up in Dow Village South Oropouche and remembers not liking the famous smoked Chicken the first time he had it years ago. "At the time I was really into Trinidadian BBQ and was looking for new places to try , Wally's was one of them and I was really turned off by the taste" Fortunately our palates have matured and we really appreciate the effort and method that goes into producing good quality smoked meats. I love the design and the outdoor, open setting. Not high end, boutique, but there's something captivating about that serene atmosphere. Never mind there are only two dining tables. You'd WANT to sit, savour your meal, morsel by scintillating morsel. Leave the world behind. You're greeted by friendly, courteous and efficient staff. You don't have to wait an eternity for your meal although they take pride in preparing a fresh experience right there. But the most arresting element of this restaurant is the aroma once you draw close enough.
