Toro Fish — Restaurant in Kelibia

I visited this restaurant in September 2021 for lunch. I sat outside because of Covid. Health protocols are not followed in Tunisia and that is the rule. This restaurant was no exception to that rule. One thing bothered me and upset me very much. The owner of this restaurant was very mean to cats. He would not feed them despite the availability of food leftovers from customers. Cats on the restaurant premises were hungry and crying for food from customers. Fresh and tasty seafood dishes with generous portions at very reasonable prices. It’s clean. The staff is very friendly and the service quick. I can’t recommend the “seafood kammounia” highly enough. Not surprised it’s the most popular meal on the menu. We loved everything else from the seafood pasta to the monkfish and even the side salads, including the mechouia salad with homemade tuna. I order the bolognese pasta my brother did as well and it tasted weird like old and expired my brother also said the same thing I asked my aunt to try it and she said it does tastes old.
