Oïshi — Restaurant in Maghreb

Good spot for Japanese dishes.

However I ordered Salmon, Tuna, Dorata, Shrimp chirachi and they brought the Salmon, smoked salmon, spicy salmon chirachi instead and it wasn't good at all.

They offered to replace it and I should have asked to replace it.

Usually for this kind of situation they would leave the order that was mistakenly brought and would simply bring the one I ordered or offer it for free.

Therefore my dining experience wasn't optimal.

On a side note, I always order from this restaurant and they never disappoint.

I have mixed feelings about my experience. What we ordered, as shown in the photo I’m sharing, cost 160 dinars for four people, but the portions were not generous. The waiter informed us they were out of tuna and initially suggested replacing it with crab paste (which turned out to be fish paste). We had to negotiate with him to substitute it with shrimp something of equal value, like salmon, would have been more appropriate.

That said, the décor is cozy and beautiful, and the bathroom is exceptionally clean, which added to the overall ambiance...

Excellent restaurant, the food was top notch and with an extremely wide selection of options to choose from, you'll need and want to come in multiple times to explore all they have to offer (I highly recommend the Cheddar Maki, Furaï Maki, and Grilled Eel Unagi). Their prices are also cheaper than most other Japanese restaurants in Tunis, and the servers are polite, helpful, and trilingual.
