The setting is without a doubt one of the strongest points of this place, with a pleasant location and direct access to the beach. Unfortunately, the overall experience was extremely disappointing, especially given the prices charged, which would lead one to expect much better service and quality.

First of all, the pool was in a downright dirty state. The manager explained to me that the motor wasn’t working the day before, but in that case, it would have been far more logical to close access rather than leave it open in such a condition.

We were a group of 5 people and ordered a mixed seafood grill. The waiter assured us that the portion would be enough for the whole group. In reality, what we received was barely enough for 2 people… A huge disappointment.

But the most serious issue was the quality of the food: after this meal, we all ended up with food poisoning. The seafood served was clearly not fresh, contrary to what the manager claims when he says everything is bought daily.

In summary, despite the nice setting, hygiene, transparency, and service quality are nowhere near acceptable. For an establishment with such prices, this is simply unacceptable. I absolutely do not...

I never leave a review of any place but this one star is well deserved. By far the worst restaurant I’ve been to in Tunisia. The view might be nice but don’t let it distract you from the fact the place is highly expensive and mediocre. I wish I would have read the reviews before going but now I can confirm it’s all true. Après avoir lu tous les mauvais avis, et ayant prévu d'aller à cet endroit durant mon séjour, jai décidé de me faire ma propre opinion. Résultat : tout ce que vous pouvez lire de négatif sur cet etablissement est vrai ! Je ne recommande pas, quel gâchis ! perte de temps, d'énergie, et d'argent. Venant de Tunis, après une longue route, j'ai été très déçue de voir un restaurant dans un tel état : hygiène plus que douteuse, des mouches absolument partout, des tables non débarrassées depuis plusieurs heures, des serveurs les bras croisés... une attente interminable pour recevoir des commandes, même pour une bouteille d'eau !!! Nourriture vraiment pas exceptionnelle à un prix exorbitant !!! Je ne parle pas de l'état des toilettes... si on peut appeler cela des toilettes... Vous déjeunez à 16h au milieu d'un sol mouillé et glissant, entouré d'enfants allant et revenant de la mini piscine à quelques mètres, vous êtes attaqué par des dizaines de mouches en continu, vous ne recevez pas toute la commande en même temps et malheur à vous si vous osez demander d'autres choses (sel, pain, eau...), l'impression que vous embêtez plus le serveur qu'autre chose... J'ajoute également la mise en avant d'une "pêche du jour" totalement mensongère. Étant accompagnée de connaisseurs, il s'est avéré (aveu du serveur lui même) que certains produits ne sont absolument pas frais car non existants en tunisie notamment (pour ne citer que cette raison) ! Une honte... que font les services de contrôle qualité ??! Conclusion : service pitoyable, nourriture vraiment basique, hygiène catastrophique, accueil inexistant et aucun sens de la relation client.
