Amazing food, but the service needs improvement. We were really impressed by the food we wanted to try a bit of everything and ended up ordering 3 appetizers, 2 pizzas, ravioli, tagliatelle, and risotto, as well as desserts. Every dish was delicious, full of flavor, and made with quality ingredients. No surprise there, considering how much we enjoy Bambino.

Unfortunately, the service didn’t match the level of the food. The person at the reception was slow and seemed uninterested, and overall the staff lacked attentiveness. We were a group of four, and small things added up: we asked for two bottles of water but got one, cutlery was brought only for two people, and we had to keep reminding the staff of things. It was difficult to get the attention of a waiter even though it’s a small restaurant, which should’ve made attentive service easier.

Maybe it was just a bad day or they were short-staffed, but I hope the service improves because the food is worth...

Hello, You can provide one of the best tastes ever, but you will not excell if you do not know how to manage and offer a good customer experience. We called to book in order to enable you be ready to manage the service, the answer was booking is not part of the process. Okay, no worries, we first came at 8 pm, asking for a table of 9, the answer was : we will register you in the waiting list, waiting lead time is 1hour thirty, we said no worries we will be here at 9.30 (it is our friend’s birthday, we should be patient), we come back at 9.30 pm to hear: sorry we cannot really accept you, it is a large group and i (the manager) felt shy to tell earlier. Oh really! You should be shy to keep 9 persons waiting for 1h30 while you know already that you will not serve them.
