Guard at the entrance - nice and trying to make our waiting time be as attentive as possible Maitre - at the beginning was attentive to give us a table (6pax) after we claimed about the food allergies he became unresponsive, rude and irritated Waiters - Unattentive, rude, unresponsive - Food - couscous poisson was OK Service - We explained 5 times in English and French the food allergies, waiter acknowledged it, repeated it and confirmed it. They brought they dish with ingredientes we explicitly asked not to be included. They said we didnt explain it. I asked the maitre if possible to make the same plate just to avoid the allergic ingredient. Maitre/Waiters refused explaining the chef didnt want to do it, that the menu was fixed and they wouldn't change it. Turned their head and left me speaking alone. To be honest the service was rude, unattentive and made us feel unwelcomed. I would never go back neither...

Easily my favorite place in an area that tends to be full of either low tier overcrowded restaurants or pretentious overpriced “resto bars”. The food is delicious and the portions are generous, their kitchen truly never disappoints. I can confidently venture into trying something new because I know it will be good. Service is usually good but can get slow and inattentive if they’re a little busy. Overall, I recommend this place. If I can give them zero stars, I would . Visited with my wife for lunch and placed order for food that was roughly close to 48 Dinars for both of us as we both were not very hungry , however, the server was complaining that that’s not enough for them to accept the order and he even brought in the general manager to confirm.
