Outstanding Service, Fresh Sushi, and Welcoming Atmosphere I recently had the pleasure of dining at SushiWan, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations on every level. From the moment I stepped inside, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel truly welcome. Their hospitality and attentiveness set the tone for a fantastic dining experience.
One aspect that impressed me was the restaurant's attention to catering to a diverse clientele. They had menus available in different languages, ensuring everyone felt comfortable and at ease. Furthermore, they offered a choice between receiving a physical menu or scanning a QR code to access the menu on your phone. This attention to detail and convenience added a modern touch to the dining experience.
Now, let's talk about the star of the show—the food. The sushi at SushiWan is, without a doubt, the best sushi in Tunisia. The freshness of the fish and the quality of the ingredients shone through in every bite. Each piece of sushi was expertly prepared, showcasing the chef's skill and passion for their craft. The menu boasted a wide variety of options, catering to all preferences and dietary restrictions. Whether you're a traditionalist or an adventurous eater, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
Moving on to the premises and environment, I found SushiWan to be a cozy and inviting space. The seating options provided a range of choices, allowing guests to find their preferred spot. You could opt for the comfort of regular chairs and sofas or experience the authentic Asian dining style. During my visit in the scorching summer heat, I was relieved to find the restaurant's temperature refreshingly cool. The strong and efficient air conditioning system maintained a perfect temperature, creating a comfortable environment to enjoy the visit.
Overall, my experience at SushiWan was exceptional. The welcoming staff, extensive menu options, and remarkable freshness of the sushi combined to create a memorable dining experience. The cozy premises and comfortable environment made it an ideal place to escape the summer heat. If you're if you’re craving sushi is the...
Read moreHonestly, I don’t even know where to start. Sushiwan was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. Not just for a Japanese restaurant, but any restaurant I’ve ever been to.
The place was unbearably hot. No air conditioning, no fans, nothing. Just a bunch of sweating diners pretending this was normal while waiting over an hour for food. And when the food finally came, half of our group didn’t even get their orders. No explanation. No apology. Just confusion and blank stares from the staff.
The decor looked like someone Googled “Japanese words” and printed them out for wall art. No rhyme or reason. Just a bunch of random characters slapped on the walls like they were trying to create a vibe without putting in any real thought.
And the drinks were awful. One sip of their so-called “house special” was enough. It tasted like it had been mixed in a mop bucket.
I’m not picky and I rarely leave reviews, but this was on another level. Save yourself the time and disappointment. Go...
Read moreI’ve been here before with my wife and we had a pleasant experience, this time the service was absolutely terrible. Our drinking cups were dirty and when I asked them to change it, he brought other cups that where dirty from the outside but asked me to check if the inside is clean. Turns out he wiped them with tissue and brought them back and asked me if these cups are clean from the inside. I asked him to bring new cups, it took him over 10 minutes to bring them. When I asked for a dish for the children, he brought the wrong one and then when I told him it was the wrong one he insisted that the dish I’m referring to doesn’t exist. When he went to ask his colleague about the dish I’m requesting, then he figured out that they do have it. His colleague, a lady, was terrible as well. Looks like they have a toxic work environment.
And there was a huge cockroach...
