Şehr-i Küşleme Kebap Restoranı — Restaurant in Şehitkamil

I had the luck to visit this place. I'm so happy I listened to Ayaküstü Lezzetler which is a YouTube chanel and they recommended this place. In my opinion, this restaurant was the best place we visited in all of Gaziantep.

Taste - Their salad and lahmacun are on the house as soon as you enter, which is lovely. They didn't use too much spices (summak) like other places and I even asked for more salad. The bread was hot and fresh, straight from the oven which was ughhh so yummy. They even give you 2 options of bread - spicy and regular. I really appreciate their variations. An identical restaurant we went to in the same city didn't even offer fresh bread.

The meat here is absolutely DELICIOUS and worth every penny. I had such a joy just staring at the mixed platter with so many different variations of meat like regular küşleme and baharatlı küşleme, same with their Kebap. I miss it already.

Price - All the food you see in the photos costed 1200 lira which is unheard of in istanbul.

Service - Servers were friendly and warm. Kind and answered any questions we had. No issues there.

The only downside is the location. It's at the Metro supermarket. It has a parking in front of it and didn't give it a great vibe. That's the only issue I had with it but I honestly don't care. Because food was that good, location doesn't need to have a beautiful view.

Guys I highly recommend this place for the meat platter! You won't regret it. I'm already missing this place and wished I lived close to it so I can visit it...

We came as a family and they quickly put a table together for us. It is a very nice and good outdoor venue

(Food) The meat is very good but the portions are small. The service was frankly bad. I don't know if it was to give a shabby atmosphere or to cut costs, but the plates, forks and spoons were bad. The portions of the food could be a little more and the appetizers that come with it could be better.

(Service) The waiters are attentive but they have received incomplete orders. I think that although the food is good, the service and presentation is bad and this pulls the place back.
