Delightful food, with extraordinary service!

This is my second visit to KMU Kardeşler Mehmet Usta, and I can confidently say that I am absolutely in love with this place! The food here is nothing short of spectacular, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere makes every meal a truly delightful experience. We tried a grilled fish dish, a grilled chicken dish, and the peyniri salad. The dishes were bursting with taste and freshness.

However, what truly elevated our experience during both of our visits was the wonderful service.

Today is the second time I’ve been to this establishment.

The service was impeccable as always, sadly some of the meats we ordered today were cold, but last time it was amazing. So I’ll overlook that part of the dinner.

There are plenty of options to choose from, think of starters, mains and desserts. Most if not all food options are made to order, and taste lovely.

I’d rate today’s stay a 4,5. Only because of some of the cold food, and a confusion made by the servers. Otherwise it...

Tek kişi olmama ve restoranın dolu olmamasına rağmen serviste aksaklık oldu. Bir çok çalışan var. Sorumlu bir arkadaş devamlı müşteri masasına bakıp ilgili çalışana meze gibi eksikleri söylüyor. Sipariş için rica ettiğim kişi tam masaya gelmişken yan masalardan bir müşteri seslenince direk onunla ilgilendi ve beni tamamen unuttu, aradan dur bakalım gelmeyecek ve kalkmaya niyetlendiğim sırada beni hatırlayıp sonunda siparişi aldı. Profesyönel mekanlarda sonradan çağıran müşteriye efendim hemen geliyorum der ve ilk çağıran kişiyle ilgilenir. Yani kısacası saygısızlık yapıldı. ■ Meze siparişten sonra geldi. ■ Gelecek olan garnitürlerde ve yemekte soğan varsa getirmeyin lütfen dediğim halde yinede geldi. ■ Siparişteki ayranda yemeğin hemen hemen sonunda geldi. ■ yarım çorba ve kuzu küşleme, ve açîk ayrana 990tl gibi bir fiyat ödedim 22.12.24) su içmediğim halde masadaki suyuda otomatikmen eklemiş, garson görünce iptal edeyimmi diye sordu halbuki masanın ortasında açılmamış duruyordu. Birde müşteri istemeden gelip masa ortasına soğuk buzmu neyse onu aktif hale getirip gidiyorlar. insan bi sorar efendim.istermisiniz diye. Şu gösteriş yerine işinize odaklansanız çok daha verimli olacaktır Aslında çaba gösteriyorlar ama neticede servis çok zayıf kaldı, sanki şehir lokantasına döndü.
