Zencefil café restaurant — Restaurant in Alanya

Unfortunately and for our bad luck we visited this restaurant on 28 july 24 at 7:30 pm and we had food poisoning all of us me my wife and my 3 daughters one of my daughter started to vomiting after we finished food she was not ok at all. on the way back home her sister also started also to vomit in the car after we reached home all of us was vomiting and had pain in the stomach till 6 am we had to move to the hospital and after 5 days of recovering thanks God we are all fine. the doctor reports with me the bill of the restaurant. Restaurants manager doesn't care at all after i was telling them what happened with my family they even didn't apologize or at least say sorry they accused me and tell me you wants money how unprofessional they are and how rude and irresponsible and disrespectful...

Went to this restaurant with friends as I would not have known it was where it was! Great service from waiting staff and lovely view of Alanya. After some 15 years eating in restaurants in the Alanya / Avsallar area, I think I could say that my lunch (cheeseburger and chips - I know, not really adventurous but it was only a lunch) was the best quality food I have had and was served piping hot. My wife and friends had a beef wrap which was equally delicious (I had some of my wife’s as her portion was too big). Really excellent place to eat lunch and I am sure it would be great at for an evening dinner. Very reasonably priced too. I would certainly go there again and would highly recommend...

We came here for a Turkish breakfast, the service was quick, we were served lots of small appetizers of cheese, bread, jams and Turkish savory dishes, tea and coffee. Disappointed that there was no meat included in any dishes offered, this is due to the recent price increases in Türkiye, so not really the restaurants fault. If you want to order the famous menemen for instance, there is an extra charge to be paid. Nice interior, kids play area and beautiful...
